How To Apply For US Visa- Step By Step Process



Please makes sure you read and fill/answer the question and payment information on the visa form very carefully. 
this post is just for help and describe an example process.

Fill DS160

1.      How to apply Information: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-niv-visaapply.asp
2.      DS160 Form Link: https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
3.      Select Location where you will apply visa like india-delhi
4.      Enter the code
5.      Click start your application
6.      Go Quick And fill First page so you can retain that Application Number/Id
7.      Save the application Number
8.      Once the DS160 is signed and submit electronically
9.      Save the Confirmation page
10.   Print the full Application
11.   Email Confirmation page
       
Save DS160 Application Number
              Applicant Name: John Doe
              Application Number: AA009UY7UI
             Code: My Secret Code
             Applicant Name: Jane Doe
             Application Number: AA006YU2NH
             Code: My Spouse Secret Code
           

Schedule Visa Appointment

Go to below link and login
1.      link: https://cgifederal.secure.force.com
2.      Email /Username: test@example.com
3.      PWD: Password
4.      Select Nonimmigrant
5.      To select New Delhi as center, select state of your residence as "India - New Delhi" even if it is not your state of residence. Otherwise you will be assigned nearest center based on your residence address which might not be convenient for you.
6.      Keep moving forward and on the family information add family members information including their DS 160 Confirmation code.
7.      Keep going , if needed fill or Correct your information on profile.
8.      Don’t forget to Check the DS160 Confirmation Code.
9.      Select the passport pickup location.
10.   Go ahead and pay the fee when asked.

Tip: To update the passport number on profile create a feedback request and add Old passport copy and new passport copy.

do not use codes from this form as it is, it might be different in your case
·        Account Type: Current Account (Confirmed from support team/Used and worked)
·        IFSC Code: BOFA0MM6205 (Bank of America N.A.) –
·        Unique Beneficiary Account Number: Enter the alphanumeric below:
·        (please include TIER’’ followed by numeric digits while registering the account e.g TIER173XXXXXXXXXXX)
·        TIER5850211626650
·        Beneficiary Name: "BANA MUMBAI US VISA SFA"
·        Keep in mind that only the first 8 to 10 characters of the beneficiary name,"BANA MUM" are seen when searching for the beneficiary name before executing the payment via your bank’s internet banking system.
·        Amount: 25840 rs
Tip:
·        Add the account as payee online in your bank website.
·        It takes 30 min before transferring fund to newly added payee at-least for ICICI
·        NEFT Transfer the amount mentioned on the payee detail screen.
·        Wait for some time (in my case i have overnight)
·        keep the bank receipt of your transection
·        After paying the Fee you might not Receive any email once the Fee accepted (dont worry) it will be populated automatically in profile.

Finish the Process


  •      login to your ustraveldocs profile again and click "Continue"
  •      Select the Passport Pickup location again or confirm
  •      click Continue Will Pop up a screen and ask you that "you have existing receipt do you want to use them"
  •          Click Yes
  •      It will Populate your Receipt number automatically
  •      Continue…
  •      Print the Dropbox confirmation page.
  •      Done.

Obtain Transcripts from RGPV Bhopal

Transcript are very important if you are planning to go for Higher education or immigration. and getting your transcript from RGPV would be an experience for you. sorry didn't mean to scare and it's not that bad. anyway....let’s start so first thing first, you will required to present all Original mark sheets in order to get the Transcripts so if you are outside of the country please make sure you send the original mark sheet to India so that person who is helping you to get the transcripts can present them when asked.
